FlowForward Donation Terms & Conditions

FlowForward is a student-led social enterprise developed through the DECA program and International DECA competition.

Unless otherwise stated, contributions made through this website are voluntary financial contributions supporting FlowForward's mission, product development, fundraising, and social-impact initiatives.

FlowForward may use donated funds to support activities including:

Manufacturing and sourcing FlowForward products;

Providing menstrual underwear to donation partners and communities;

Product development and testing;

Sustainable packaging and materials;

Distribution and delivery;

Educational and awareness initiatives;

Website, payment-processing, and fundraising costs;

Other reasonable expenses directly related to operating and advancing the FlowForward initiative.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, making a contribution does not constitute the purchase of a FlowForward product, service, ownership interest, or other financial investment.

A donation does not guarantee that the donor will receive a product, gift, financial return, or other benefit.

FlowForward is currently not a registered business.

Unless a contribution is processed through an eligible registered charity or other legally authorized organization that specifically confirms otherwise, donations made directly to FlowForward are not eligible for charitable tax receipts and should not be assumed to be tax-deductible.

Donors are responsible for consulting an appropriate tax professional regarding the tax treatment of any contribution.

FlowForward will make reasonable efforts to use contributions in support of the purpose and mission described on our website and fundraising materials.

If circumstances change, including changes to manufacturing, partnerships, product availability, timelines, or project needs, FlowForward may allocate funds to another area that reasonably supports our overall mission.

Where donations are collected for a specific campaign or purpose, FlowForward will make reasonable efforts to apply the funds toward that purpose. However, if the stated purpose becomes impractical, unavailable, or impossible to complete, the funds may be redirected toward a similar activity that supports menstrual equity, sustainability, or FlowForward's overall mission.

We may provide estimates regarding the potential impact of donations, including the number of products that may be manufactured or donated. These figures are estimates and may change based on manufacturing costs, product specifications, shipping, partnerships, demand, and other factors.

A specific donation amount does not guarantee that an exact number of products will be produced or distributed.

Please review your donation amount carefully before submitting payment.

Because contributions may be allocated to FlowForward's initiatives shortly after receipt, donations are generally non-refundable.

If you believe that an error was made during the donation process, such as an accidental duplicate transaction or an incorrect donation amount, please contact us as soon as possible at owenqinhome@gmail.com. We will review the situation and make reasonable efforts to resolve verified payment errors where possible.

Donations may be processed through a third-party payment provider. FlowForward does not control the systems, policies, or availability of third-party payment processors.

By submitting a contribution, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount you have selected.

FlowForward does not intentionally store full payment card information unless this is specifically handled through an authorized and secure payment provider.

If FlowForward offers recurring donations, the donation page will clearly state the frequency and amount of the contribution before payment is submitted.

Donors may request to cancel future recurring contributions by following the instructions provided by the payment processor or by contacting FlowForward at owenqinhome@gmail.com, subject to reasonable processing time.

Information provided during the donation process may include your name, email address, donation amount, and other information necessary to process and acknowledge your contribution.

FlowForward will make reasonable efforts to protect this information and use it only for purposes connected to donation processing, donor communication, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and FlowForward-related updates, subject to applicable privacy laws.

All donations are made voluntarily. By submitting a contribution, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate;

You are authorized to use the selected payment method;

You understand the purpose of your contribution;

You have reviewed these Donation Terms & Conditions, and

You understand that your contribution is subject to FlowForward's current legal and organizational status.

FlowForward may update these Donation Terms & Conditions as our project develops or as our organizational structure changes.

The most current version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
