Hygiene considerations
Period underwear is an intimate product. Our planned policy allows returns of unworn product in unopened packaging, with hygiene rules stated clearly at the point of sale.
Faulty product
If a product arrives damaged or does not match its published specification, we intend to replace it or refund it. The final process will be published before launch.
