- Can I buy a pair today?
- Not yet. FlowForward is preparing product testing and pilot partnerships, so there is no checkout on this site. You can join the product waitlist and we will contact you when ordering opens.
- What is the planned price?
- The planned retail price is approximately CAD $13.00 per pair. It is labelled as planned because it is confirmed only at launch.
- What is the product made from?
- The proposed construction uses a certified organic cotton target for the skin-facing layer, a plant-based absorbent core using banana fibre and bamboo pulp from agricultural by-products, and a leak-resistant barrier targeted to be PFAS-free. All material claims are pending final verification with the supplier.
- How long does a pair last?
- We are targeting up to two years of use, depending on final testing, washing, care and usage. This target will be confirmed or revised after wear testing.
- How many hours of protection does it provide?
- We do not publish a protection-hour figure. Absorbency testing is underway and we will publish results only when we have them.
- What sizes will be available?
- Four proposed sizes: S, M, L and XL. Final size measurements will be published after sample fitting and wear testing.
- How do I wash it?
- Rinse in cold water after wear, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then hang to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and tumble drying.

- How does the one-for-one model work?
- For each eligible consumer purchase, FlowForward allocates CAD $3.00 to fund an additional product unit, which a community partner distributes. The cost of that impact pair is tracked separately from the cost of the purchased pair.
- Does the donated pair ship immediately?
- No. Distribution timing and quantities depend on production schedules, partner capacity, recipient needs and available funding.
- Do you have confirmed distribution partners?
- We are in conversation with community organizations in British Columbia and other regions. We do not describe any organization as a partner until an agreement is in place and that organization has approved being named.
- How many pairs have been delivered so far?
- Zero. The product is in development, so all delivered-impact counters read zero. Forecast volumes are labelled as management forecasts.

- Where do you ship?
- Shipping regions are confirmed before launch. Our current planning assumption is Canada first, then wider regions as fulfilment allows.
- What is the returns policy?
- A returns policy is drafted and pending legal review. Because this is an intimate product, returns will follow hygiene rules that we will publish in full before any sale.

- Who runs FlowForward?
- FlowForward is a student-led social enterprise founded by students at Collingwood School in Vancouver as an independent business-plan project.
- Are your financial figures actual results?
- No. Every financial figure on this site is a management forecast based on current planning assumptions. They are not historical operating results, guarantees or investment projections.
- Are you certified?
- We hold no certifications today. Certification and audit information will be published only when we hold valid documentation for the exact materials and suppliers used.
